Cancelation Policy

 ECODEMIA is running based on solidarity economy principles and uses crowdfunding to collect the budget needed for its activities and making its training programmes available to everyone. Accordingly, our main cancellation policy is to understand your reasons and return your money as much as possible. However, to not create extra loads on other participants or friends of Ecodemia we may reduce some costs. Please find the policy for refunding below: 

1) If you inform us within 7 days after your first payment,  you can receive a full refund.

2) After 7 days, there are fees that are not refundable from your payment: 

• £40 Admission and Registration Fee
• Taxes we paid or fees we paid for money receipt or transfer
• the full fee of the courses you have participated (if you registered for a package programme or diploma)

3) You cannot cancel your course after the course registration period is over (2 weeks before the first session of the course).
